My name is Wes Ashford, I am a truck driver out of Baton Rouge Louisiana. We saw the food truck on the side on the road in Rockwall T,x , I have tried ribs from Corpus Christi T,x to Miami Fl , Arkansas, Pennsylvania and all in between, these are the best ribs I’ve eaten, they owner and his nephews were really nice people. I highly recommend this place!

You get a lot of food and it is so yummy! Brisket is off the charts!! Worth the stop! And makes for an easy and affordable dinner night for the family 😀
